Roll up for the friendliest bowls club around

With a packed summer programme of league games, friendlies and ‘tea and biscuits’ afternoon games the Westinghouse Bowls Club in Chippenham has all bases covered.

Now the club wants to make things even better by attracting new members, who can male or female, any age and any stage of experience (including those who’ve never played before.)

We welcome all players, and with our current age range spanning from 13 to 92 they’ll be sure to fit in.

We can offer a busy programme of league games for both men’s and women’s teams, an increasing number of mixed fixtures as well as many friendly matches.

We’re very heavily into the social side of things, as well as being very competitive, and anybody who would like to come and join us can be sure of being made to feel very welcome.

Successes this year include one member reaching the county final in the Champion of Champions Cup, and the county semi-final of the national singles. One team also reached the final of the county over sixties’ Triples competition and the club won the Bath Floodlit competition for the first time.
